Clinically Tested, Patented Amino Acids & Lyposomal Delivery System

What makes J. Paul’s anti-aging products so effective is its use of amino acids and the way in which those amino acids, along with other essential ingredients, are delivered and absorbed through the skin. Amino acids are critical for any good anti-aging product and the fact is, most men’s products don’t use amino acids. Studies show that amino acids, whether taken orally or used externally, result in positive effects to the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which in turn, enhances collagen production. Collagen production helps tighten the skin and overtime, helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Our products have enough concentration – up to 5 percent - of active ingredients that penetrate the skin at the deepest layers to regenerate the skin at the cellular level or what we call the vascular substrata.

So how do we do this?

J. Paul uses a patented Lyposomal Delivery System which allows for the amino acids to flow and concentrate directly to the problem source without dispersing. The manner in which the ingredients are delivered and penetrated through the skin is VERY important for greater efficacy. Our Lyposomal Delivery System allows for the amino acids to be time released (up to 6 hours) and for more accurate penetration to the problem area deep beneath the skin. In addition, releasing the active ingredients in a steady and slow manner allows for a more consistent and efficient discharge of the amino acids.

Other Key Ingredients

When you’re considering an anti wrinkle cream for your skin type, you should also understand how the ingredients work. We know that ingredients like peptides, stem cells, growth factors and antioxidants can smooth out wrinkles, and turn back the clock. Avoid products that claim to “boost elastin growth,” as the human body is believed to stop elastin production just before puberty. Instead, look for products that combat dryness, which is a major contributor to wrinkles. Today, many dermatologists are virtually unanimous in that the best anti-aging products contain several key ingredients. These ingredients include, Niacinamide PC, Hyaluronic Acid, Retinyl Palmitate, Peptides and certain plant stem cells. They don’t necessarily have to be used together but depending upon the skin issue you are looking to resolve, the product should contain a fairly high concentration of those ingredients. J. Paul uses peptides in its formulations. Peptides are excellent for combatting wrinkles and any good anti-aging formula would contain them. Peptides, which contain long chains of amino acids, are absorbed by the skin and help to repair and boost collagen regrowth, which in turn firms the skin. Really good anti-aging products use a combination of peptides.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a very effective humectant that helps traps moisture in the skin. It is also a naturally occurring polysaccharide (carbohydrate) in the human body and it is present in large amounts in the spaces between skin cells, where it provides moisture, plumpness, firmness and suppleness to the skin. Doctors, such as Doctor Oz, have been touting products that use Hyaluronic acid. Whether or not you agree with the products he endorses, the one ingredient that frequently comes up in his discussions is Hyaluronic Acid.

Retinyl Palmitate

Retinyl is the ester of Retinol (Vitamin A) and it is combined with Palmitic Acid, which is a saturated fatty acid that is found in humans, animals and plants and is (as the name implies) a major component of palm oil. Although it isn't (strictly speaking) Retinol, Retinyl Palmitate is easily absorbed by the skin and once it is there is converted into Retinol. Studies have shown that Retinyl Palmitate plumps the skin and enhances collagen production.

Niacinamide PC
(Vitamin C)

Niacinamide PC has multiple beneficial effects on the skin: it improves skin hydration, increases certain types of proteins, stimulates collagen secretion, reduces the appearance of acne and imparts a more even skin tone.

Argania Spinosa Extract

What is also unique about our anti-aging products is that J. Paul uses culture extracts from the African plant tree Argania Spinosa. These Moroccan trees live up to 200 years old and they produce argan oil, which is great for moisturizing the skin deep beneath the skin.
